EUC Controls Reporting
With Apparity’s Reporting Insights, managers and auditors can access real time data in an easy-to-use web interface. These reports focus on all key areas of EUC (end user computing) governance. This includes review and approval cycles, and controls related to access, versioning and change management. Reports can be created and customized to deliver the exact visualizations your team wants to see.
Reporting Insights also includes a standard set of reports relevant to Managed/ Registered EUCs.
Modification Access Summary Report
The Modification Access Summary Report shows a detailed list of all users who modified Apparity-managed files. This report can provide insight into specific updates regarding an EUC.
Completed Review History Report
The Completed Review History Report shows all EUCs that have been through a completed review and approval cycle. With this report, you will be able to analyze the types of changes that were approved for each EUC, as well as the key users involved.
Review Exception Summary Report
The Review Exception Summary Report shows each EUC’s state in the modification and review process. This report is beneficial to managers and internal controllers because it shows current activity, which can indicate the level of process efficiency.
Inventory Summary Report
The Inventory Summary Report shows all files that were onboarded into Apparity. This report gives a complete snapshot into the number of Apparity-managed EUCs within an organization, and how they are managed.
